County Fund Members in ACCA Self-Insurance Pools may opt-in to participate the ACCA Safety Incentive Discount Program (SIDP). The SIDP is designed to encourage County Fund Members to improve their safety efforts by establishing basic standards to control risk and reduce losses.

Because the ACCA Pools are self-insured funds, when the funds save money — members save money too!
