This Requirement Only Applies to Counties with Cyber Coverage
County Fund Members with Cyber coverage shall conduct mandatory annual training with all employees on employee password management and recognizing email phishing. Employees will provide a signed statement indicating that they have completed the training. These statements should be retained in individual personnel files for documentation purposes, and a sample of these signed statements will be required to be submitted as documentation of training to meet the SIDP requirement.

IT staff can choose from topics including Ransomware, Internet-Accessible System Vulnerabilities, Web and Email Server Attacks, DNS Infrastructure Tampering, Log Management, and Creating a Network Map.
